Title: Add XRPL EVM Chain Definition

Description:
This PR introduces the definition for the XRPL EVM chain following the Viem contribution guidelines. It includes:

• The unique chain ID (1440000).
• The human-readable name ('XRPL EVM').
• Native currency reference for XRP, with the correct symbol and decimals.
• Public RPC URL and block explorer for the XRPL EVM network.
• The multicall3 contract address with relevant deployment data.

• Added XRPL EVM chain definition to src/chains/definitions/xrplevm.ts as per the Viem contributing guidelines.
• Updated src/chains/index.ts to export the new XRPL EVM chain definition.
