Fixes #155

  • At least two implementers are interested (and none opposed):
    • Chromium
    • Gecko
  • Tests are written and can be reviewed and commented upon at:
    • (don't have any tests for device discovery)
  • Implementation bugs are filed:
    • (this is just a suggestion to the spec, no change in implementations is required)
  • MDN issue is filed: …
    • I don't think it makes sense to add a note to MDN; please correct me if you disagree!
  • The top of this comment includes a clear commit message to use.
