Small editorial fix
In section 2.1.1, the
nameListexample refers to step 2.1 and step 2.3. It's my assumption that this is meant to be 3.1 and 3.3, to reflect the race condition. I can see there were only 2 steps in previous drafts - so this probably flew under the radar when the definition forglobalwas added as the new step 2./acknowledgements.html ( diff )
