Commit 6872d88 disabled this feature due to `vatrix` lacking support for non-`"CB"` cell barcodes but according to the vatrix documentation, the `bam-tag` parameter allows just that.

vatrixlacking support for non-"CB"cell barcodes but according to the vatrix documentation, thebam-tagparameter allows just that.Note that this is untested. I am happy to assist further, if required.
