Pull request that aims to address #24

Always check if window exists before accessing it. If it does it means we are not running server-side.
Lazy load the Teams SDK client-side only (in the useEffect hook) since it uses window without checking if it exists first and would also throw errors when running during SSR.

After we will now be able to use that library in next.js (client-side only)
