Summary

  • Settings panel now renders inside ModalOverlay with library-manager-card styling
  • Matches navigator, inspector, and profile panels (border, shadow, rounded corners, margin from screen edge)
  • No new CSS — reuses existing library-manager-card and library-manager-overlay classes

Related Issue

Closes #798

Verification

  • npm test passes
  • npm run build succeeds
  • Settings panel appears as modal with proper styling on staging

- Settings panel now appears as a modal with border, shadow, rounded corners,
  and margin from screen edge (matching navigator, inspector, profile panels)
- Removed full-screen positioning from .settings-panel CSS
- Added .settings-panel-wrapper to reset padding inside library-manager-card
