actually kinda nice

pretty significant rewrite so i'm gonna go ahead and call this a major release!

new, more usable functionality includes the bot automatically adding some prompting reactions and attribution of the source of gifs sent. also a retry reaction, effectively a button for the sender to click and the bot will redact and retry. all of this means better usability and fewer unnecessary messages in the room!

under the hood changes also include a revisit of how the database is structured (with migration scripting so you can upgrade safely according to my testing, but make a backup just in case!) and THEORETICAL support of postgres, although this remains untested at this time.
