build: disable trimming and fix .NET 10 AOT regressions on Android - #175

- Completely disable trimming and linking in osu.Android.props and the release workflow to avoid reflection-related runtime crashes and build-time optimization errors. - Implement FixRuntimePackAssetTypes workaround for .NET 10 Android AOT regression where native files in the runtime pack were misclassified as managed assets. - Remove redundant manual zipalign step in GitHub Actions which invalidates APK signatures when SDK-level signing is active.
