…lease build In .NET 10 Android builds, the trimmer may remove Microsoft.CSharp.dll even if it's required for dynamic keyword usage in referenced libraries. Explicitly rooting Microsoft.CSharp in the Release configuration ensures it is preserved in the shrunk output directory, preventing error XACAS7023.

Explicitly root Microsoft.CSharp in osu.Android.props to prevent the trimmer from removing it when dynamic keywords are used in osu.Game. This fixes the DirectoryNotFoundException for Microsoft.CSharp.dll during the CompressAssemblies task in .NET 10 Android Release builds.
