Adds a warning callout to the Cloudflare Sandbox docs stating that deploying Cloudflare Sandbox requires the Cloudflare Workers Paid plan, with a link to Cloudflare pricing. Distinguishes local Docker-based development (not subject to the requirement) from deployed usage.
