- A main `haibun-overview.feature` file that tells the story of the project.
- A suite of domain-specific background files (federal, provincial, urban, etc.) that provide detailed, verifiable steps for each phase of the project.
- Rich prose throughout all feature files to make them easily understandable by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Tracking of project cost and time using a new `add` step in the core `variables-stepper`.
- A final report that summarizes the total cost and time for the project.
