• HealthKit Permissions Fix for iOS 16.2+ (#123)
  Fixed an issue where setting HealthKit permissions failed on iOS 16.2+ due to a missing sync_identity field.
  AppleSimUtils now conditionally inserts sync_identity only on iOS versions where it's required, restoring compatibility across iOS 16.1, 16.2, and 18.1.
