Will it work with .NET SDK v10 and VS2022 or do you need VS2026? Even just the former needs a build-time install: actions/runner-images#13294 & actions/runner-images#13291 |

I'm using this to see how things go with .NET 10 and VS2026. I'd mark it Thanks for linking to the runner-image issues. I'll track their status as I refine this change. |
Modernize projects against new .slnx expecations as well.

@barnson Since there isn't much movement on the VS2026 addition to images, let's go with this now. We can lock in VS2026 when it's added to the images. |
