Summary

Adds Autohand Code installation notes for the existing SKILL.md folders.

The new section documents:

• global installs into ~/.autohand/skills/
• project-local installs into .autohand/skills/
• copying one skill folder or all skill folders

I did not claim catalog or marketplace support because this repository does not appear in the current public Autohand Skills index.
