Update filters and add buttons colors

Description

This PR updates the background color of the Filters button on the Orders and Products screens, as well as the Add button on various screens.

We recently implemented Purple 40 for the Filters button in the Bookings tab (comment), and we were already using Purple 40 for other colored buttons in the app. For consistency, this PR updates the buttons that were using a different color.

Test Steps

Perform these tests in both light and dark mode.

1. Open the Orders and Products screens.
2. Test in both light and dark modes.
3. Go to Menu → Coupons. The “+” button has also been updated here and more screens.
