Bookings: Update Yosemite layer to support syncing bookings

Description

This PR adds a new action and store for booking APIs. For now, only syncing bookings is available.

Testing steps

The new action hasn't been used so just CI passing is sufficient.

Testing information

Added unit tests for the new BookingStore.
