Closes WOOMOB-1201

Description

Removes the feature flag for pointOfSaleSettingsi1

Testing information

  • In POS
    • In the floating menu, observe that we only show Exit POS and Settings (production). If ran in dev builds, Orders will show as well.
    • The cart shows the "or Scan barcode []" bit
