This PR includes the changes from the 11.8 code freeze. Includes:

  • Version bump
  • App strings to be translated
  • Updated release notes
  • Updated Tracks to the stable 1.0.0 version from 1.0.0-beta-1

  • Pods updated to stable version
  • New header in RELEASE-NOTES.txt
  • release_notes.txt and .pot updated
  • Localizable.strings updated with latest strings
  • Version bump in .xcconfig files
