This PR contains the changes from the 11.9 code freeze. Includes:

  • Version bump
  • Updated release notes
  • App strings to translate

  • Update internal Pods to stable version - N.A.
  • New version header in RELEASE-NOTE.txt
  • Localizable.strings updated
  • release_notes.txt updated with notes from RELEASE-NOTE.txt for current version
  • Version update in .xcconfig and Deliverfile
  • AppStoreStrings.pot updated accordingly to new version and release notes (for non-editorialized projects)
  • Update internal Pods to stable version - N.A.

This is expected as there haven't been changes to the Pods while this release was in development. Latest commit is from 9 days ago today.
