Merge 22.5 beta 1 and 2

There were conflicts due to both branches bumping the Gutenberg version. I kept the value from trunk under the assumption it is the most up to date.

• Catch Objective-C exceptions from Core Data object query #20755, by @crazytonyli
• Integrate gutenberg-mobile release 1.96.1 #20776, by @geriux
• Dashboard Cards: Deduplicate activities before rendering the Activity Log card #20800, by @momo-ozawa

Release checks

• Updates to the localization files (.strings and Fastlane metadata) automatically pulled for the new translations that have already been approved in GlotPress
• Version update in .xcconfig
• Diffs from the PRs that made it into this beta
