The Tenor API shuts down on June 30, 2026, so the Free GIF Library option is removed from the media pickers, the Aztec editor, and the Gutenberg editor with no replacement.
GIFAlertStrings moves to its own file because the GIF-editing warning alert is used by both editors and is not Tenor-specific.
