Badges

Having setup the integrations, the README could include the badges from the multiple integrations. Ideally, have develop branch as the default branch and have the badges based on the default branch.

A simple badge is like the one used in this wiki's footer - Apache 2.0 badge.

The idea is to have as much information about the project from the README. Here's a simple example showing the Build status, test coverage, Health as provided by Landscape.io, Issues as provided by Quantified code and the License:
