This PR updates Klaytn to Kaia. You can find more info about the transition here. The token symbol will remain as KLAY until around the EOY, more info about that here. We received a PR to update the wormhole-docs repository (submitted by the devrel engineer from Kaia), so the SDK also needs to be updated.
The majority of the files changed in this PR are from updating the docs by running the
npm run docscommand in the root directory.
