PHP changes to help with PHP 8 compatibility.
Tidy up comma's
Added the option to be able to choose if you would like PayPal payments to come through as either authorisations, or completed payments, from within the store settings page on the PayPal Payments Standard 2.0 gateway.
This reverts commit 6cc4831.
