WSO2 Docker Common v1.1.0

This is the successor of docker-common release v1.0.0. It includes following features:

• WSO2 Base Dockerfile
• Bash scripts for default and Puppet based provisioning
• Bash scripts for Docker build, push, run, stop and entrypoint

Main changes for this release:

• Fixed issues with new puppet module structure.
• Fixed issue with minimum docker version validation.
• Updated jdk version of default provisioning to jdk-8u112.
