This minor release builds upon the WSO2 Open Banking 4.0.0 release, fixes the below issues:

This minor release builds upon the WSO2 Open Banking 4.0.0 release, introducing the following key features:
- Manual Client Registration: Enables uploading certificates and displaying custom attributes through the Developer Portal.Refer documentation https://ob.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/learn/manual-client-registration-process/
- Introduction of API mediation policies for API Manager gateway enforcements for Open Banking. Refer documentation https://ob.docs.wso2.com/en/latest/learn/policies/ and the new git repository introduced to maintain APIM mediation artifacts https://github.com/wso2/financial-services-apim-mediation-policies/
- Support for the java based Open Banking executor framework as in OB3.0 for API Manager gateway enforcements.
Objective of this release is releasing APIM side artifacts which required for manual client registration and old java based executors model in an Open Banking setup with WSO2 API Manager and WSO2 Identity Server combination.

The WSO2 Solutions team is pleased to announce the release of WSO2 Open Banking IAM Accelerator 4.0.0! This release contains the IAM accelerator components which is installable on WSO2 Identity Server.
It's now available to download.

New Features
- OpenAPI definition for OpenAPI based extensions for Open Banking IAM Accelerator.
In addition to the usual Java-based extensions, it has introduced OpenAPI-based extensions, allowing specification implementers to follow a REST API standard and implement customizations using their preferred language or tool. The OpenAPI yaml can be found from here. In this release it has done improvements for OpenAPI definition like Support for file based consents ,refactor endpoint/parameter naming according to REST best practices
- Accelerator level support for both pre-initiated consent flow and scope based consent flow
There are two flavours of flows from the Open Banking specs where some specifications follow consent creation as a pre step while some specification starts the flow with user authorization without a consent initiation pre-step.Previously accelerator supports only the flow with pre consent initiation step. Now accelerator supports both the flow types.

Changes
Going forward there will be only one accelerator zip will be available which can be installed on WSO2 Identity Server. WSO2 API Manager runtime Open Banking enforcements will be converted as APIM mediation policies going forward.
