uncommented the testcases that failed due to unresolved email templates.

the issue #25123 mention about commenting out test cases due to failing test cases #25109 . now the issue is fixed and merged (wso2/carbon-identity-framework#7562), this pr uncomment the test cases mentioned on the issue(#25123 (comment)).

@ashanthamara sorry for the late reply. Currently my uni final exams are started and didnt had much time to fully look into the failing test cases.I was able to set up the environment and run the two failing cases, but haven’t had the chance to dive deeper yet. i will keep this in my mind and update if i get some time to investigate further. Thanks !
