Add integration tests for shared user direct login to sub-organizations

Purpose

• Adds integration tests covering shared user direct login scenarios for sub-organization applications
• Includes three new test cases:
  • SharedUserLegacyOrgAuthenticationTestCase — tests legacy org authentication via shared apps for shared users
  • SharedUserSubOrgAppFederatedAssociationTestCase — tests federated authentication for shared users when use linked local account configuration is set to true.
  • SharedUserSubOrgApplicationAuthenticationTestCase — tests authentication via sub-org apps for shared users
• Registers the new test cases in testng.xml
