This update addresses the need for versioning and documentation of recent theme and accessibility improvements.

Goals

Introduce version 0.7.4 and document the enhancements made in the CHANGELOG.

Approach

Incremented the version number in package.json and updated CHANGELOG.md to reflect the changes.
