Bump the Vercel AI SDK and provider packages in the Ballerina extension to their latest releases.

  • ai: 6.0.103 -> 6.0.208
  • @ai-sdk/anthropic: 3.0.64 -> 3.0.85
  • @ai-sdk/amazon-bedrock: 4.0.83 -> 4.0.120

All patch/minor bumps within the same majors, no behaviour change. Verified the production webpack build passes with no errors and the AI unit tests pass.

🐇 Hop, hop, versions leap ahead,
Three packages jump from where they tread.
Amazon, Anthropic, and AI too,
All bumped and polished, shiny and new.
The bunny approves — off we go! 🌟
