ReductionOptions是干嘛的？一个stage是啥意思？

一个Stage对应一个function，ReductionOptions就是告诉reducer哪个stage 执行哪个不执行。现在每个passmanager里都把之前verified的stages重新执行一遍，要不然直接给passmanager reduce过的不靠谱的module会出问题
