Problem: Docs instruct hosted-chat users to paste API tokens into conversation context.

Acceptance:

  • Prefer scoped, short-lived tokens for hosted chat.
  • Warn against * tokens in chat.
  • Document rotation/revocation steps for exposed tokens.
