Implement explicit sub-grid-scale (SGS) eddy-viscosity LES models from Incompact3d (`les_models.f90`). It includes Smagorinsky, WALE, dynamic Smagorinsky, dynamic SEV.

Delivers a validated periodic neutral ABL, then the precursor-successor inflow workflow on top of it. Buoyancy/temperature stratification and explicit-SGS LES will be implemented separately; the ABL uses the already-landed iSVV/hyperviscous scheme for stability.
