…slations fa.js and sv.js have existed in src/langs for years but were never imported in src/languages.ts, so language: 'fa'/'sv' silently fell back to English. Register both (alongside the new sk from #1412), add the missing Spellcheck/Speech Recognize keys to sv.js and list fa/mn in the langs README.
