Adds a new workflow (
.github/workflows/charts.yml) to generate and uploadradar.svgandtrends.csvas build artifacts on push to main and manual runs.Updates the README with a "CI Charts" section explaining where to find the artifacts.
Ensures project metrics visualizations are always available from the Actions tab.
