Summary

• align root/public docs contracts with the now-legitimate DISTRIBUTION.md and INTEGRATIONS.md surfaces
• tighten TaskBoard/Dependabot wording in CONTRIBUTING.md without inventing landing history
• refresh generated docs governance projections and soften the README proof posture without overclaiming
