Exemplar citation refresh

Mechanical edit by auditor/scripts/propose-rule-citations.py.

Each rule with at least one matching exemplar in auditor/exemplars/ gets a > Real-world example: [...] line inserted (or refreshed) after its body, wrapped in HTML-comment anchors so subsequent runs can update in place without stacking duplicates.

What to review

  • The inserted citation lines point to real exemplar files. Spot-check 1-2 to confirm they read as expected from the rules SKILL.md surface.
  • No prose changes anywhere else — only marker-wrapped > Real-world example: lines are added/updated/removed.
  • Removed citations indicate exemplars that lost the corresponding rule from their exemplifies: frontmatter.
