For example, tag format is as below. so `section[4]` is line number instead of
kind.
```
max_line_length C:\Users\Zhao\.atom\packages\narrow\coffeelint.json /^ "max_line_length": {$/;" function line:2
```
The `root` type is `null` -> always true -> hide everything.

Regarding the tag format, I hope I am not the only one who has a weird tag format.
