- remove special casing for deepseek cot prompts, let them use standard thinking format - switch default backend to transformer_lens for non-deepseek models for better stability - consolidate response parsing to use single parser for all models
- add claude.md for project documentation - consolidate config files into to_do_10_08_25 directory for batch runs - remove interactive mode and visualizer from experiment runners - enforce batch_size=1 constraint in config validation - simplify experiment runner by removing realtime visualization code
