Physical-source agent capabilities live on Base USDC (CDP facilitator, Bazaar-indexed): a real mobile-carrier (4G/5G) proxy exit and real physical-SIM SMS/OTP reception — the only OTP-reception service payable in USDC on x402. Unlike the datacenter-only APIs in the list, it sells a real mobile-carrier (4G/5G) proxy exit (Orange, AS16028 — the hardest IP class to block) and real physical-SIM SMS/OTP reception, which is the only OTP-reception service payable in USDC on x402.
