Torii is a live, deterministic, Ed25519-signed verify-before-pay trust oracle specialized for the Japanese x402 ecosystem:
jp/global;GET /v1/registry?market=jpis a dedicated Japanese x402 trust map.UNRATED, never a guessed score.
