Need to still check and possibly manually do some cleaning to the auto-generated Changelog. And write a summary for the new release. |
First tranche of changes to tidy up this file. Still need to write summary.

I reran those tutorial notebooks that seemed to have not been run and updated very recently. I think the PostProcessing notebook was the only, where something actually changed (background plot colors look now different) and the likelihood check value had to be updated (because of the changes done for the fast example some time ago).
