Xcoll release 0.11.4

Develop Updates

• Replaced kin_xprime by kin_px in examples, as the former is deprecated in Xtrack
• Option in pyproject.toml to expose Xcoll library folder and dependent libraries (this needs an Xobjects update to be functional)
• Added conditional XCOLL_NON_TRACKING_ELEMENTS for adding FlukaCollimator, Geant4Collimator, ... to prebuilt kernels (this needs an Xsuite update to be functional)
