The Performance & Scaling Update is here. We rebuilt the mobile-responsive engine, integrated a proper database for heavy storage, and introduced a highly requested, privacy-focused Search History system.

• Local Search History: Implemented a powerful, native-feeling search history system with real-time filtering, and customizable auto-delete timeframes. 100% locally stored for absolute privacy.
• Custom Shortcut Icons: You can now upload and set your own custom image icons for individual web shortcuts via the settings.
• Background Blur Control: Added a dedicated setting to adjust the blur intensity of custom background images, allowing for perfect text and widget readability.
• UI Visibility Toggles: You can now hide the main Greeting and the Editable Text elements directly from the settings menu. Both features can also be mapped to custom keyboard shortcuts for instant toggling.

🚀 Improvements

• IndexedDB Integration: Upgraded the backend storage architecture. High-resolution custom background images are now safely routed to IndexedDB, permanently preventing localStorage quota crashes.
• Mobile Scaling Engine: Ripped out the old fixed-width constraints and implemented a master CSS fluid-scaling system. The dashboard now adapts in a better way for extreme mobile and small-screen environments without overlapping.
• Layout Flexibility: Added a new setting to dock the Shortcuts bar to either the Top or Bottom of the screen.
• Widget Control Expansion: Expanded the widget visibility settings with more granular combinations (e.g., Search Only, Search & Quote, Weather & Quote, etc).
• Gradient UI Refinement: Recalculated transparency and blur logic to provide more visual clarity and text contrast when using gradient themes.

🔧 Fixes

• FOUC Eradicated: Solved the "Flash Of Unstyled Content" (FOUC) bug. The dashboard now pre-loads styling correctly, eliminating the jarring visual jump on startup (Still may show for 0.01s in some cases).
• Advanced Colors Logic: Fixed the UI state logic that was allowing the Advanced Colors editor to improperly conflict with Gradient and BG active modes.
• Animation & Stability Polish: Cleaned up overlapping transition delays, removed conflicting CSS constraints, and squashed minor layout bugs across various popups and modals.

• Switch Seamlessly: A clean new header at the top of the panel lets you instantly toggle between your list of AI Tools and a brand new, curated list of Social Media platforms.
• Fully Customizable: You have complete control over what you see. A new "Edit" mode allows you to hide any tool or social media link you don't use, creating a personalized and clutter-free list. Hidden items can easily be restored at any time.
• It Remembers You: The panel is smart! It will automatically open to the last tab you were using (AI or Social), and the corner button's icon will change to match, giving you a quick visual reminder of the active list.

How to Use the New Hub:

1. Open the Panel: Click the icon in the bottom-left corner.
2. Switch Lists: Click the "AI Tools" or "Social Media" text at the top of the panel to switch between the two lists.
3. Customize Your Lists:
   • Click the pencil icon in the top-right of the panel to enter Edit Mode.
   • To hide an item, simply click the 'X' that appears on the left.
   • To bring an item back, enter Edit Mode again and click the '+' on any of the grayed-out, hidden items.
   • Click the check mark icon (where the pencil was) to save and exit Edit Mode.
