Summary

Three small UX improvements for the bot output handling.

Changes

1. sent/ Audit Trail (src/bridge/output-handler.ts)

After a file is successfully sent, it is moved to outputs/sent/ instead of being deleted immediately. Prevents duplicate sends and provides an audit trail.

2. SVG Exclusion (src/bridge/outputs-manager.ts)

Feishu does not render SVG images. SVG is removed from IMAGE_EXTENSIONS to prevent confusing send errors.

3. User Prompt Prefix (src/feishu/card-builder.ts, card-builder-v2.ts)

Response cards now prepend the user original question: "针对你提出的问题：..." — truncated to 100 chars, system-generated placeholders excluded.

install.sh and install.ps1 previously hardcoded the install path to
$HOME/metabot. Add a CLI flag (and matching PowerShell parameter) plus
an interactive prompt so users can install MetaBot anywhere.

- Priority: --dir / -Dir > METABOT_HOME env var > prompt > default.
- Tilde expansion + absolute-path validation; refuses to clobber
  $HOME / system roots.
- Persists METABOT_HOME to ~/.bashrc / ~/.zshrc (Linux/macOS) or
  user-level env (Windows) when non-default, so the mm/mb/metabot
  CLIs can locate the install in new shells.

* fix(codex): show model metadata in cards

* fix(codex): mirror skills and avoid bwrap sandbox

* fix(codex): tolerate agents deployment failures

* fix(codex): install bundled skills when user cache is empty

* docs: explain Codex skill migration
