* feat(installer): allow custom install directory via --dir / -Dir flag install.sh and install.ps1 previously hardcoded the install path to $HOME/metabot. MetaBot hardcodes queryOptions.systemPrompt with only its own runtime sections (botName, chatId, Memory, Agent Teams), which bypasses Claude Code's native CLAUDE.md and skills loading pipeline. Changes: - Add loadClaudeMdSections() that reads ~/.claude/CLAUDE.md, <cwd>/CLAUDE.md, and <cwd>/.claude/CLAUDE.md into the system prompt append block, ahead of MetaBot's own sections. - Pass skills: 'all' in queryOptions so the SDK loads every discovered skill from ~/.claude/skills/ into the agent context. - Apply to both ClaudeExecutor (legacy) and PersistentClaudeExecutor. This guarantees user-level instructions and /command skills work even when the SDK's settingSources auto-loading is incomplete.
