[Misc] Move COMPONENT_OVERRIDE_LIST to legacy

This is an attempt to move COMPONENT_OVERRIDE_LIST to legacy

Attention points:

• I'm not really familiar with pointcuts, looking at the produced classes, it seems ok, but I could use a second opinion
• revapi is raising an issue because the constant is not declared directly anymore, but though the aspect, I believe this is ok at runtime but here again, I could use a second opinion

• Add back tests for the override list
