Or maybe I misunderstood after all, and Collaborators shouldn't issue full releases anyway.
Help improve or dismiss and take what you deem worthy.
Edit: By now with a little help, it's proven a Collaborator can release. I've updated my changes to reflect what to look out for with the tags. The SSH auth requirement might need its own chapter on how to set it up - I did so long ago luckily - the github help is OK but... Anyway, I wrote this long ago, we can take that or not.
There's still question marks you might want to look out for.
