fix: unify speaker name katashin → Katashin - #811

katashin、2026 でKatashinと表記が分かれており、DirectoryView のスピーカー集約で別人扱いになっていましたsrc/data/speakers-2018.tsの表記をKatashinに統一しましたTest plan
