Rephrases the 22 comment lines whose prose used semicolons as clause separators — split into separate sentences, commas or em-dashes, with meaning preserved verbatim. Touches only ////// lines in src/net/bicontiguous.rs, src/net/contiguous.rs and benches/net.rs — no code changes.

The two duplicated doc phrasings in contiguous.rs (contains/addrs, v4/v6) stay identical pairwise. All intra-doc links still resolve (cargo doc --no-deps clean), fmt/clippy/tests green.
