Rephrases the 22 comment lines whose prose used semicolons as clause separators — split into separate sentences, commas or em-dashes, with meaning preserved verbatim. Touches only
//////lines insrc/net/bicontiguous.rs,src/net/contiguous.rsandbenches/net.rs— no code changes.The two duplicated doc phrasings in
contiguous.rs(contains/addrs, v4/v6) stay identical pairwise. All intra-doc links still resolve (cargo doc --no-depsclean), fmt/clippy/tests green.
